Yall are the best apartment company I have ever had the experience of experiencing! The design here is amazing. I love the washer and dryer combo unit, the clean succient design, the friendly ambience, and good lord the staff here knows there stuff! Repairs made on time with expert precision, quality control, and a fantastic corporate culture. Seriously if I had the money, I would invest in this place. Job well done. John, West, and Teegan (apologies if I get the spelling wrong, thank you!!!) This place has given me the best memories! Curteous and respectful and compassionate. I was going through a tough time and y’all made my day. I appreciate the kind welcomes and clean building. Stephen, one of the people who recommended CollegePlaceUptown and a member of their staff, did a great job of helping me today. Those free sodas really do help poor college students! Thank you!

Best apartment experience I’ve had. The maintenance was super fast if anything needed to be fixed. Upon move-in, the rooms were very clean and up to date. Even after being here for 2 days the apartment already felt like home. All the neighbors so far were welcoming and amenities are great. They act fast for everything. Definitely would rent from them again. Washers and Dryer are a little small though

I've been with college place for a little over a year now and I have nothing but good experiences. Maintenance is quick and efficient. Picking up packages is always easy with no struggles. The gym and court yards are clean and well maintained. The location is great to with it being near/on campus. Teagan Has made my experience leasing with college place very memorable. Always helps with a upbeat attitude. All in all Staying here is a great experience.

I've lived here for 2 years, and it’s genuinely been the best living experience I’ve had as a student by far. The entire staff is incredibly friendly and always willing to help. They truly go above and beyond to make sure residents feel comfortable and supported. I especially want to give a big shoutout to Teagan, who’s been amazing to work with. He’s always kind, professional, and ready to assist with anything I’ve needed. The building is always clean and well-maintained, and its location couldn’t be more convenient. With everything so close by, especially campus, it has truly made my life easier. I honestly wish I had moved in sooner. If you’re thinking about living here, I would highly recommend it!
